In this 2-hour session, our expert health and wellness coach will go through your pantry and fridge with you and teach you about which foods are holding you back from optimum health and wellness, and why. This “pantry purge” will be about eliminating the items that are not contributing to your health and vitality, but more importantly, which foods can replace them. For every item we eliminate, we’ll give you a healthier option. So you’ll still have a full pantry of satisfying foods you love, while becoming lighter, healthier, happier and more energetic.
